1. Download dan install dahulu program Stardock Object Dock Klik sini

3. Klik kanan pada ObjectDock dan pilih New “Stack” Docklets.
4. Buatlah sebuah folder baru yang berisi link dari program-program yang telah terinstal di laptop/PC kamu. Mis; Folder Music, isinya link ke WinAmp, Audacity, Virtual Dj, dan Folder Office berisi link ke Word 2007, Excel 2007,TransTools,dst sesuai keinginan kamu. Di sini saya membuat lima folder, yaitu Office, Internet, Graphic, Music,  Game dan Tools.
5. Klik kanan di icon Stack yang tadi telah dibuat, klik Dock Entry Properties.
   
   
6. Pada kolom  Folder, Browse ke tempat dimana kamu simpan folder yang berisi link ke program lain yang tadi kamu buat. Pada kolom Icon, pilih icon sesuai keinginan kamu (icon yang saya gunakan bisa didownload di sini). Ubah mode menjadi grid (tampilan icon program tersusun dalam kotak segi empat) atau fan (icon program tersusun memanjang). Lakukan perubahan pada semua Stack Docklet yang telah kamu buat tadi.

Longing for some change in your life? Why not start with that boring old Windows XP logon screen? With the freeware LogonStudio, choosing another screen is a matter of two clicks. Alternately, you can design your own with a built-in editor.
The first option is a lot easier. About 30 cool screens are available on the WinCustomize site, and the program can randomly select one on every boot. Editing is less straightforward. You build or modify logon screens by tweaking parameters on a lengthy list of elements. So you might, for instance, change the FirstColor parameter of the Centre Panel element to a new shade of blue. This allows you to customize everything from background to letterings to buttons, but beginners will find the process quite confusing. The sketchy online help isn't much assistance, either.

LogonStudio is best for users familiar with programming languages such as Visual Basic, whose development tools use a similar interface.

-The error Could not publish or run one or more applications. occurs when resuming a virtual machine that has DivX Player installed in the guest.
-Slingbox Slingplayer does not display video in the guest when 3D acceleration is enabled. In addition, very high CPU usage occurs if the guest is set to 1 core.
-Microsoft Office applications do not display as the frontmost window when they are launched in Unity view.
--Sound volume in the guest operating system is reduced after upgrading to Fusion 3.1. The volume observed through the host is not consistent with the guest volume setting.
-In a Windows XP guest, if you connect a handheld device to the host, the handshake application might time out or stop responding due to unhandled USB disable requests.

-Samsung Galaxy S phone with Android 2.1 does not work with Fusion. The phone does not appear in the virtual machine.
-Guest software might use CPUID information to determine characteristics of underlying (virtual or physical) CPU hardware. In some instances, CPUID information returned by virtual hardware will differ from the responses physical hardware might report. Based on these differences, certain pieces of guest software might not behave as expected. In this release, this fix causes certain CPUID responses to more closely match the responses that physical hardware might return.
If you run Outlook 2007 in Unity mode, the Outlook dock icon might flash, or briefly quit and restart. When this happens the Outlook window also disappears and then reappears.
-Mac OS X Server guests might intermittently fail to boot, displaying a stop symbol on a gray screen shortly after powering on.
-Additionally, this release resolves the following security-related issues:
-The way temporary files are handled by the mounting process could result in a race condition. This issue could allow a local user on the host to elevate their privileges. Windows-based host systems are not affected.
-vmware-mount, which is a SUID binary, has a flaw in the way libraries are loaded. This issue could allow local users on the host to execute arbitrary shared object files with root privileges. Windows-based host systems are not affected.
-A vulnerability in the input validation of VMware Tools update allows for injection of commands. This issue could allow a user on the host to execute commands on the guest operating system with root privileges. -The issue can only be exploited if VMware Tools is not fully up-to-date. Windows-based virtual machines are not affected.

Scan and clean any Windows system booting from this CD ! The main advantage of ESET SysRescue is the fact that it runs independent of the host operating system, while it has a direct access to the disk and the entire filesystem. Thanks to this it is possible to remove those infiltrations that normally could not be deleted, e.g. when the operating system is running, etc.

This ESET SysRescue CD (ESR) was created with ESET Smart Security Business Edition, version 4.2.64.12.

Scanning speed is pretty fast compared to other rescue disks. The scan is very thorough as it tries to scan files inside compressed archive and also in setup installers. With the latest virus signature database (5521), it manages to catch all of known viruses by October 11, 2010.

For the rescue CD to use effectively, you must provide that the computer boots from the ESET SysRescue boot media. Boot priority can be modified in the BIOS. Alternatively, you can invoke the boot menu during the computer startup - usually using one of the F9 - F12 keys depending on the version of your motherboard/BIOS.

The content of the CD will be written to the operating memory (RAM). After booting up, ESS will start. Since ESET SysRescue is used only in specific situations, some protection modules and program features present in regular ESS are not needed; their list is narrowed down to Computer scan, Update, and some sections in Setup. Capability of updating virus signature database is the most important feature of ESET SysRescue.

Suppose that computers in the network have been infected by a virus modifying executable (EXE) files. ESS is capable of cleaning all infected files except for explorer.exe, which can't be cleaned, not even in the Safe mode. That is due to the fact that explorer.exe, as one of the essential Windows processes, is launched in the Safe mode as well. ESS cannot perform any action with the file and therefore it remains infected.

In such a scenario, you can employ ESET SysRescue to solve the problem. ESET SysRescue does not require any component of the host operating system. Therefore it is capable of processing (cleaning, deleting) any file on the disk.

Recommendation: Burn the ISO image at low speed (8x if available)
